On Wednesday, September 19th, 2007 Charles Chikhani’s lost his life in a car bombing targeting MP Antoine Ghanem.

We, the friends and family of Charles Chikhani, were unwilling to let this tragedy be an end by itself. We wanted it to be the beginning of what was to become Charles Chikhani Foundation.

Reflecting Charles personality and that of its founding members, the Foundation is an organism based on love and friendship which aims at promoting non-violence in an innovative way through the only weapons Charles ever wanted to resort to: Arts, Culture and Education.
