Silent Walk, October 3rd 2007 Charles Chikhani’s Family and Friends organized a silent walk from BIEL to Parliament Square at 8pm. The walk gathered thousands of people, all wearing white, who walked silently holding candles in their hands to express peacefully for the pain of Charles Chikhani’s tragic death. A letter was submitted to Head of Parliament President Nabih Berri and to the Prime Minister President Fouad Saniora on that night, asking them to act in order to offer hope to Lebanese youth.
